Rihanna: Said to release marijuana line

Sources are saying that mega star singer, Rihanna, has smartened up and opened the market up. Apparently Rihanna will be launching her own marijuana line in early 2016, giving it the name "Marihanna." She is following the footsteps of many other celebs including: Nick Lachey, Snoop Dogg, The Weeknd and Willie Nelson. Snoop released his line of marijuana "leafs by Snoop," The Weeknd released his line "Vaporizers," while Nick Lachey purchased a pot farm in Ohio hoping that the state would legalize the drug. 

Rihanna's line is set to include different types of cannabis strands including: Karibbean Kush, Haitian Haze and Jamaican High Grade—as well as many different edibles and concentrates.

Back Together: Lira Galore & Rick Ross

It was rumored that 39 year old rapper, Rick Ross, called off the engagement with his 22 year old video vixen girlfriend, Lira Galore. About a month ago, everyone was surprised to hear that Ross popped the question to Lira in such a short time. Three weeks post the engagement announcement the engagement was called off. Rumors were circulating that Lira slept with one of his guy friends, so he took his ring back. Lira's avid followers on Snap Chat saw the change in her behavior immediately following the split between the couple. Check out the tweets below: 

The rumor appeared to be short lived because now Lira is back on Snap Chat showing the world fun times with her boo.

Let's just hope these two work out their differences in private this time. 

Lawsuit: Bill Cosby - Defamation law suit

Can we just let Mr. Cosby reside in peace? It isn't like he has much life to live. Kristina Ruehli filed a lawsuit against Mr. Cosby stating that he falsely accused her of lying when she mentioned that he raped her in 1965.

Ruehli filed the complaint in federal court, in Springfield near Bill Cosby's home. Her attorney said the following in her defense: "In making the false and defamatory statements, Mr. Cosby held Ms. Ruehli up to public scorn and ridicule, injured her good name and reputation and caused he sever emotional distress."

Like Ruehli, three other women came forward and accused Cosby of the same crime. Tamara Green, Therese Serignese and Linda Traitz say that Bill Cosby drugged them before unwanted sexual contact with them. Cosby's lawyer asked the judge to dismiss the case before trial but the judge dismissed the case. 

Now, on the outside looking in, something about all of these women coming about a rape that happened years ago seems quite suspicious. You mean to tell me that not one victim came out years before today to accuse Cosby of rape? I'm not taking sides here but it sounds like an inside job situation. 

New Baby: Brandon Jennings & Tae Heckard welcome baby

Apparently Tae Heckard delivered NBA player - Brandon Jennings's baby a couple days ago: 

He then goes on to insinuate that we need to mind our business, because we really don't know what's been going on with these two! 

Rumor has it that they split up while she was pregnant. Not sure exactly why, but we wish them the best of luck!

Fued: Rick Ross vs 50 cent

Rapper/Actor 50 cent is notorious for fueds within the music industry. He has had beef with Jarule, bickered with Jayz, now he's going at it with Rick Ross! We noticed that 50 cent started being a petty Betty yesterday when he uploaded a shirt for sale, which implemented a picture of Rick Ross's chest:

Chris Brown: TMZ bullcrap

Chris Brown decided that he wanted to give everyone a heads up about TMZ. He let us know that the content they will generate regarding himself is most likely made up. Chris then continued to promote his album coming out, as he remains unbothered. 

Probation?: Justin Bieber

Remember when Justin Bieber and his friends egged a neighbor's house back in January 2014? Well consequently, Bieber had to face a penalty and was placed on probation. According to his lawyer Bieber was released from probation this month. He had 12 hours of anger management counseling, 40 hours of community service and he paid $90k in restitution. 

Let's hope Justin Bieber learned his lesson and took this as a warning.

Lawsuit: Jerry Heller, Former manager of NWA is suing Dr. Dre and Ice Cube

"Straight outta compton" was a block buster hit when it made its debut in theaters across the world. The film directed by F. Gary Gray and produced by Dr. Dre and Ice Cube has grossed over $300 Million since August 14th, 2015. The film was a biopic of the legendary rap group N.W.A. It illustrated information behind the scenes, and what the group experienced during that time. Jerry Heller, former manager, filed a $110 million dollar lawsuit on Friday, October 30, 2015. He stated that the film portrayed him as a monster, leading the group to their demise; in which they branched off and did their own separate thing.

“The film is littered with false statements that harm the reputation of (Heller) and aim to ridicule and lower him in the opinion of the community and to deter third persons from associating or dealing with him,” the lawsuit states.

Couple?: Chris brown and Nia Guzman

Chris brown and his child's mother Nia Guzman, agreed to co parent, nothing more and nothing less. The two adults settled matters legally in court where they agreed upon joint custody of Royalty. Chris will continue to pay Guzman $2,500 in child support, as well as, pay for nannies, private school, and medical bills.

Chris brown denied all of the tumors that were surfacing regarding him dating his child's mother after the split with Karrueche. Chris stated that it would be in everyone's best interest if they co patented and left it at that. 

Chris Brown seems to be doing a good job with baby royalty. Keep up the good work!

Nelly apparently didn’t take too well to his former associated Loose Cannon Slim making Ashanti his #WCW or Ashanti returning the love by liking Slim’s pictures. 

Nelly then got the petty itch as he posted a photo of himself and Slim’s baby mama on an old Apple Bottom’s photo shoot with a caption that suggested business and pleasure were mixed after the shoot. 

Slim must’ve gotten wind of Nelly’s post because he posted a photo of Miss Jackson with a caption that said “Head was so fire I had to take her on the road with me.” 

Nelly has remained quiet after the last post, but we are sure it’s more to come from these two.

Shooting: Near TI's Restaurant

T.I just can’t escape the drama. Instead of attracting foodies and fans, T.I’s new restaurant, Scale 925, has attracted a different crowd.

TMZ reports that the highly publicized soul food restaurant was the scene of a shootout involving a group of customers, leaving one man injured and arrested for drug possession, and another on the run.

According to cops, a group of about 5 or 6 men began arguing inside the restaurant on an upper deck patio. Workers immediately threw the individuals out, but police say the fight didn’t stop there. The individuals continued arguing in the parking lot until one of the men, wearing a red shirt, pulled out a handgun and shot the victim once in the leg.

The victim managed to escape the scene in a friend’s Porsche but didn’t get far as police soon pulled them over. According to cops, they found the victim bleeding, and with a duffle bag with 240 grams of marijuana and $6,000 in cash.

Beef: Meek vs. Wale?

Seems as if rapper Meek mill is beefing with everyone. Apparently Wale went on the breakfast club and voiced his opinion about the Drake vs. Meek mill battle. Here is Wale had to say:

"I honestly think he brought a pencil to a gunfight," said Wale about Meek. "He ain't even bring a knife but a pencil. [He brought] a piece of paper [and] tried to paper-cut him to death."

Drug Allegations: Antonio Tarver

Boxing star Antonio Tarver says he "vehemently refutes" reports that he failed a drug test before his August fight with Steve Cunningham ... saying, "I am 100% innocent."

Tarver is responding to an article on SI.com -- which says he tested positive for synthetic testosterone, which is considered a banned substance.

But Tarver says he "categorically denies taking any banned substance before his fight with Cunningham."

"I have no idea how my urine sample tested positive because I didn't take anything illegal," Tarver said.

"Either the test was contaminated, or mixed-up with another sample. We believe in the process and I will fully comply. Further analysis will prove I'm 100% innocent because I've done nothing wrong."
Tarver has failed a drug test in the past -- testing positive for an anabolic steroid in 2012, for which he was fined $2,500 and given 1 year suspension.

We hope Mr. Tarver gets himself together.

Child Support Lawsuit: Dwight Howard

NBA player Dwight Howard is having Baby Mama drama. 

Houston Rockets player is now involved in a child support Lawsuit.

Tiffany Render, the child's mother believes that Dwight isn't paying enough money for child support. Apparently she has asked the judge to base child support payments off of his 27 million dollar salary.

Dwight is not happy about this and has asked the judge to throw the case away. Reportedly, they agreed on 10 thousand a month to support their child.

However, Dwight has only been paying half of that since January. 

We hope they get everything straightened out for the child's sake.

Rumor Control: Drake kicked off Degrassi

This Drake-Degrassi drama is not 100 percent intense. Nor does it go “there.” But, I’ll take it.

A few days ago, W magazine published an interview in which the rapper—born Aubrey Drake Graham—alleged to have been “kicked off” of Degrassi: The Next Generation. Drake—who played Jimmy Brooks on the Canadian teen drah-muh for seven seasons—explained that the people running the show forced him to choose between his Degrassi commitments and his burgeoning music career.

“[Music] was part of the reason I was kicked off the show,” the noted good girl enthusiast told the mag. “Back then, I’d spend a full day on set and then go to the studio to make music until 4 or 5 a.m. I’d sleep in my dressing room and then be in front of the cameras again by 9 a.m. Eventually, they realized I was juggling two professions and told me I had to choose...[and] I chose this life.”

On Friday, Degrassi co-creator and executive producer Linda Schuyler responded to Drake’s claims by basically saying “Wow, that’s a great story, Ellie.”

“I’m hoping there was just some miscommunication here, because if that’s the perception nothing could make me sadder,” Schuyler told BuzzFeed News Friday, maintaining that her team never presented Drake with an ultimatum. “Not only did we know [about Drake’s workload], we helped him with it.”

What say Drake? Who knows! His publicist declined to comment on what Schuyler said, BuzzFeed News reports.

Rumor: Producer Carlos King & Sheree Whitfield?

There’s drama brewing behind-the-scenes of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” with oldie/newbie Sheree Whitfield. Word on the curb is that her screen time has drastically been cut AND we hear producer Carlos King supposedly jacked an idea she had for a new reality show. Decide if you believe it all inside….
When news broke that former “RHOA” star Sheree Whitfield was returning to the show, it was said she had signed a contract to return WITH a peach. BUT, that may not be true.
Word on the curb is that the 45-year-old divorced mother-of-two THOUGHT she was returning as a full-time cast member WITH a peach after the departure of NeNe Leakes, but that may not be the case. A source close to production tells the Daily Mail Sheree's role may be as limited as co-star Demetria McKinney. Yikes. The source spilled,

“Here she thought she was returning to pick up where NeNe left off as one of the original cast members, but now her episodic run is as limited as Demetria McKinney's was last season.”

Apparently, Sheree didn’t sign a contract before she began filming for Season 8. Weeks later when she was presented with a contract, it was allegedly for a limited number of episodes. The source claims Sheree will only be featured in 10-12 episodes out of the 24 episodes ordered for the upcoming season. It’s also reported she will NOT be a part of the three-part finale! Oh? Her last scenes involve filming at the 20th anniversary of the Million Man March with co-stars Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks and Peter Thomas (that went down last weekend).
Now…here’s where it all gets even messier…
Sheree supposedly met up with former “RHOA” producer Carlos King earlier this year where she pitched an idea for a new reality show about African-American real estate agents in Atlanta. After leaving “RHOA” three years ago, Sheree got into real estate and met other black women who were doing it big in the industry. She figured Carlos could be the one to help get the show on television and could get her co-executive credits, along with starring in it.
The source claims,

“Without telling Sheree, Carlos started pitching the show to networks and WE TV became interested. He sold them the concept without Sheree's involvement and then had to go back to her with a make-good once he did.”

That’s when Carlos had to get creative and give Sheree something to keep her happy and to keep her from filing a lawsuit against him....supposedly. He allegedly offered to arrange for her to appear on “RHOA” full-time.
WEtv picked up the show and titled it “Selling It: In The ATL” and Sheree was named as a co-executive producer. Since no paperwork was ever developed during their meeting about the show’s concept, if Sheree did decide to sue Carlos it would be hard to prove in court, so she allegedly decided to accept his offer to co-executive produce the real estate show and return to “RHOA.”
We’ve reached out to Carlos, but have yet to receive a response.
“RHOA” season 8 is set to premiere November 8th on BRAVO. And get this, “Selling It: In The ATL” debuts a few days earlier November 5th.

Sex Tape: Lil Wayne

Lil Wayne is on a mission to make his sex tape disappear ... now with the help of his legal guns.
Wayne's attorneys fired off a cease and desist letter -- obtained by TMZ -- to Hollywood Street Kings ... an urban blog that's been posting clips.
Wayne's legal team is demanding the site to remove the video within 5 days, or else. As for what "or else" means ... it's a lawsuit, dummy!

TMZ broke the story ... the tape shows Wayne wearing nothing but his socks, cavorting with 2 girls. The demand letter does not even concede there is a sex tape, but Wayne's rep tells us if there is one the rapper had NO idea he was being filmed.
Consent aside, he's probably embarrassed about the socks.

Lamar Odom: Accusations He was Fleeced at Brothel, Money Taken

Lamar Odom's people and his family believe the brothel where he stayed grossly overcharged him and pilfered his cash.

As we reported, the Love Ranch charged Lamar $75,000 for his 3-day stay and charged it to his credit card. We're told one of Lamar's business people and someone from the Kardashian camp asked Ranch owner Dennis Hof for a full accounting, suspecting they fleeced him.

Ranch owner Dennis Hof tells TMZ, Lamar paid for 2 women to be with him 24/7, and it adds up.

Lamar's people and the Kardashians are also suspicious because Lamar's personal effects were returned to his bodyguard with no cash ... not a single dollar. We're told the bodyguard thinks money was taken from the backpack, because he says Lamar always carried large sums of cash.

Hof insists nothing was taken from Lamar's personal belongings.

Empire: Terrance paid Petey?

This season of empire we were told that there would be a few cameos; not knowing we would come across North Carolina's: "Freak-A-Leak" rapper Petey Pablo.

Apparently Terrance Howard owed Petey 200.00 but never had the chance to give it back to him. Terrance extended Petey the money he owed with interest in return. Word around town is that he paid Petey 15,000.00 for a cameo appearance in Empire. 

I wonder who else was paid on the side for an appearance.

Rumor: Australian model drugged at Justin Bieber's party

 An Australian model, Bailey Scarlett, is making some pretty huge accusations after attending a listening party

 The model was at a recording studio where Justin Bieber and some of his pals were at in Melbourne, Australia. She claims that while she was at the party she poured herself a drink of vodka and lemonade, then set it down for a while to talk to her friends.

 Things went left when she allegedly began to feel woozy and lightheaded, as if her drink was spiked when she left it unattended. She then began to panic and started crying before Justin came over to her, in hopes of calming her down.

Wayne sues Birdman for 51 M's

As we all have heard by now, there has been trouble in paradise. Young money CEO "Lil Wayne" has not been seeing eye to eye with Cash Money's CEO "Birdman" ...

According to TheSource Late last year, Lil Wayne shocked the industry when he voiced his displeasure with Birdman, Cash Money and others in YMCMB. Wayne has been upset with the way he’s been underpaid, and the way the roll out of his long-awaited new album, Tha Carter V, has been handled. For weeks there have been rumors about Wayne’s next course of action, but today we have confirmed reports.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the lawsuit Weezy is slapping Baby with, in which he’s asked a judge to terminate his contract with Birdman, and requested the rights to take Drake and Nicki Minaj with him. According to Wayne, he was supposed to receive an $8 million advance when he began recording Tha Carter V, and another $2 million upon its completion, but he’s received neither compensation.

Lil Wayne signed a 4 album extension with Cash Money Records in the spring of 2012.
